Well of course here’s it how my list works top of mind first. What this means is I call the lenders that have recently funded a loan first and then those who have described the properties they would be most likely to approve and fund.
Many of the calls I make go like this; “sorry I don’t have that much available to lend”, “I only want to fund residential rentals”….”I don’t do commercial”.
Sometimes I go through the whole list before I find the right match. Others it’s just a few calls.
